Sea Properties

I have been renting from Sea Properties for a couple of months and just a couple of nights ago I entered the parking lot designated for the property I am renting and as I drove over a cement slab which is clearly not level with the surrounding ground, my exhaust which was in perfect condition prior was torn in half. When I reported the incident to Sid, the owner of Sea Properties, he said, "There's nothing I can do. It hasn't happened to anyone else. " SO THE IMMEDIATE QUESTION THAT COMES TO MIND IS: ARE YOU GOING TO WAIT UNTIL SOMEONE ELSE'S VEHICLE IS DAMAGED DUE TO YOUR NEGLIGENCE? Pelican Spa and hotel is our go-to when we need a couple days of sitting in hot springs tubs and relaxation. We stayed in the Loft, which is a large open room with two king beds, 3 comfy couches and a small kitchen area with a hot plate and a walk in shower. However, getting to the room and up into the bathroom is not recommended for people in wheelchairs. The decor in the room is fun and quirky, with artworks of varying type and style in bright colors all around. The floor and walls are cement and the ceiling is corrugated sheet metal. The hot springs baths are a short walk from the room. Guests can go soak their aches at no cost, but sometimes you may have to wait for a tub room to open. Guests fill their own cement tubs, drain them and spray the tub walls with a peroxide water bottle. V

Staff was rude. Food rooms were filthy with dirty socks. And use tissue on floor. I reported it to the owner he spoke to. Manager and he called back and said I am no longer allowed there after I would sweep. And wipe everything down in the room because it was filthy. Was also instead with cockroacjust had to sleep in my car the first night. I do not recommend the pelican spa To anyone And the mineral bath They were very prejudice. No one was on the same page. I was hoping they would've made this right instead the owner. Did nothing I had to move rooms 3 times Went To check one room and it was Not vacant. Worst vacation I have ever been on. Wish I took more pics. I have a lot of family there and they all said they know the employees there and the owner and I couldn't have picked the worse

This so called real estate/broker is a perfect match for the disgrace of this town. He took two weeks to respond and sent us to a restaurant for rent that the rear of the building was burnt down. Then when I asked if any properties were available that were not recently on fire he got angry. He never showed up to show a single property. All of which were slums. My suggestion is to avoid truth or consequences at all costs. It's a rest home.
