SDS Realty has been a pleasure to work with! After touring multiple properties and meeting with 6+ other realty companies in our search for a new WA location in Spokane, SDS stood out as the best option for pricing and location with the building we chose. Since moving in, their maintenance and accounting teams have been attentive, responsive, and helpful throughout us "settling in" as a new tenant. Everyone I have dealt with at SDS has been wonderful in every way. From dealing with maintenance issues - responsive, quick, thorough. We recently expanded our offices and also it has been a superior experience. Great communicators, finished the expansion ahead of schedule, and high quality workmanship. As a small business owner, I couldn't have asked for a better office space. The rent is affordable. The management is incredibly professional and easy to work with. The community of businesses are respectful, supportive and a pleasure to be around. We are truly blessed to spend our work day in the office that SDS Realty provides.
