I don't understand what happened. She knew D**** did not 3x which is why we did co signer..... according to this email he needed 3x PLUS a co signer. R**** as co signer would need 4x which is 4700 and he makes 4687.20 I don't get why she didn't explain this to us Friday...... Met with her Friday and told her how much we made she said all we would need is a co signer, then sent this ... I think they're after application fees and am upset that she was dishonest and misled us. The apartments seem ok tho.
Great place to visit our friend, apartments are great place to live.
Do not rent from here. Zero flexibility, loud community, and while the buildings are new they are horribly built. Overpriced.
SCS Shawano is such a nice place to live. Mikayla is always helpful when I need help with anything. It is also the only place in the area that would accept my dog.
