Our home building experience with Scott Felder at Veramendi, which began last August, has been a nightmare. They told us everything we wanted to hear until that last installment check was cashed on our 2% deposit, then suddenly after almost two months of radio silence, we’re told—in April—that our completion date had been pushed from the end of May to July. Last week, we learned that we are now looking at the end of August—if we’re lucky. To add insult to injury, Scott Felder’s team continues to gaslight us by claiming that we were “never promised dates,” because it’s not company policy and—wait for it—that we created these timelines ourselves.
