Scotsdale Apartments

I've been in one of the newly built/remodeled buildings for about a year. It's a nice apartment for the price with a decent amount of space for the one bedroom layout. Property management has always been nice and quick to respond to any issues or questions. I can't really speak to the older buildings, but I've had no issues and the company seems invested in making sure the apartments are taken care of.

Scotsdale is a great place to call home! The rent is cheap and the apartments are spacious. I have lived here for four years and have had very few issues, all of which were resolved. Management is responsive and helpful. I recommend it!

Okay place to live if you don’t mind mold and mildew. I lived in unit b for a year and the carpeted hallway would always flood any time it would rain. Water would come in through the floors and would flood through our front door. The maintenance men were great and would always help but management didn’t seem to care. Cheap place so you pay for what you get.

I've lived in a few different places, and this is by far my favorite. The apartments are nice and spacious. The pool is clean, peaceful, and rarely too busy. The leasing office is helpful and easy to reach. Everything here feels taken care of.

A cheap apartment, so you can only complain so much. Glad to be gone, however. The pictures on the website are probably more accurate to the other, newer complex down the street (apartments C and D). A and B are older and more run-down. There are two pools, but one was in such a sorry state that it never opened the year I stayed there. The laundry mat was small, less than half a dozen old washers and dryers crammed into a cockroach-adorned basement room. The windows of my unit were so thin that I could hear everything outside clearly as if they were open, including loud traffic from Battlefield, parking-lot football matches and rap battles, and more. There were a few run-ins with what I believe were Brown Recluses around the property and in my unit. I understand that they're not uncommon
