Scituate Vista Apartments is the worse place to live!! They have people in the business office who don't care about their tenants!! They will evict you in the middle of the winter and they don't care if you have no place to live!! They refuse to help you by giving you names of agencies or organizations that can help you find housing!!Tenants smoke and do drugs inside their apartments, the laundry room is always dirty, and other tenants are always causing trouble with you and they are always in your business!! Scituate Vista tenants and the management office makes up lies about tenants so the people helping other people in their apartments so they can contact the department of elderly affairs and protective services because they don't like the person or person helping someone who lives the

My experience I signed contract that I had washer and dryer not since I have lived here my Cna does it and 20.00 dollars ridiculous! If your appliances break you are now have to pay hundreds to replace my fridge is at least 30 yrs old I've only been here 3 years ??? Many more because I have a federal voucher I am treated horribly along with some of my neighbors this little condo was never painted or cleaned Oh I expect retaliation I worked hard all my life I am not an animal I will speak to housing judge for others

Nice and roomy apartments residents very friendly.

Has an office that doesnt call back the elderly resulting in elderly people losing hope and becoming discouraged. Its cruel.
