Schultz Property Management

So far not impressed. I own my home. They only own the land and should be more respectful when messages are left - their voicemail states a 48 hour return time - it has been five days.

Apparently we pee in the hallways here. And leave our garbage and beer caps wherever we want. Even my dog is house trained. This has been happening ALL YEAR. Disgusting

No stars you deserve nothing period or too be in business .I was sitting in limbo waiting for the fire department 2 building inspector Wausau property management Wausau fire Marshal and Schultz property management to get ahold of me so I would know if I t was safe to get my property from the gaslight apartments you guys changed my address without my knowledge the other side had a fire yes but not the other side of the buling building inspector told me that I need to call Schultz property management and see if the building was safe everytine I went to the gaslight the doors were all locked I had called your office on third avenue Wausau and no answer to get my stuff and have maintenance open the door for me you people are idiots you should not be in the rental business at all

The The owner Schultz property management has done nothing but neglected us. They are the worst management that you could honestly ask for I don’t even live there, but I know that other people that have been neglected throughout the years. Do not choose this place to live in do not give them more money they do not deserve it.

Schultz Property Management is a company full of crooks and liars. They do not respond to texts or calls if you get lucky and get an answer it will likely be Alie giving you an attitude. I was left without a refrigerator for nearly a month. I was left without hot water for a week. I was also left without drains that properly drain for almost 2 months. Out of the 8 windows 5 were broken upon move in, as well as a box of garbage sitting on the floor. I did all the cleaning to the apartment before my move in date as me and the building manager discussed, they then charged me for a cleaning fee the day I moved in. I was then threatened fines for “animal waste” in the yard (the slice of grass next to the sidewalk) while there was no trace of anything. I was require to pay a double security depo
