Here 5/2025, nice staff. Homeless hangs out inside gates, trouble starts when staff is gone, and security leaves after 7 pm. Not good. Needs overnight security to ensure a safe environment......Love our apartment, wish we can move our apartment and Ms Nancy & staff elsewhere......

Stayed in these apartments for four years the attendance is great.The office has great hospitality. The manager very is awesome.She’s the only reason I would recommend these apartments is because Ms.Nancy will make sure things are comfortable and peaceful as you would like it to be for you. The few attendance has very great and respectful.the new tenants It’s very quiet and peaceful.Great place to stay.

The current manager Nency is the best. Her customer service is excellent the residents love her even when she has to be tough and down to business. The propery is kept clean and orderly and it's home. Of course there are some less than desirable people, but they"re harmless. Schroeder apartments are affordable and well managed in spite of anything else. I would live here again...

The lady Miss Nancy is sweet. She’s the landlord here what you are very sweet OK and the apartment is very cute when I got my inspection my case manager said the same thing oh I like this is very cute so this property is nice for the neighborhood is very nice
