What a class act! Through the whole process of our farm equipment auction everyone showed professionalism. Their guidance and attention to every detail went beyond our expectations. The Integrity and Christian values of everyone in this organization gave us a lot of comfort through this very difficult life experience.

We hired Schrader Real Estate & Auction Company after losing both of our parents. Schrader not only sold the real estate for top dollar, but also the construction equipment and personal belongings as well. They made a complicated situation extremely simple with all of the support from a number of people in the company. Thanks to Jason, Chris, Luke, Doug, Arden and a number of other members. One of the biggest thank you’s goes to their attorney, Earl, who went above and beyond to make sure everything was protected, covered and handled properly avoiding a number of different issues that needed resolved prior to the auction. We thank them and would HIGHLY recommend using Schrader!!!

We hired Schrader Real Estate and Auction Company to sell our family farm. This was an emotional decision for us, but it was time to let it go. We can't say enough about our team, Keith and Kevin. They helped and guided us through the entire process and were very responsive to our calls, texts and emails. They kept us in the loop during the process, and worked hard to get everything ready to go by auction day. We highly recommend them!

Maybe I was naive, but am somewhat disappointed with Schrader's service after buying property at auction. It still all worked out with extra effort on my part so I think 3/5 is fair. We had a threatening letter from the county saying our legal land description was incorrect and we needed to hire a lawyer. Schrader ignored my contact attempts. I now understand that the buyer is good for paying the money but shouldn't expect much service after the check clears. They are nice people in person.

Schrader recently auctioned my parents estate in Whitley County. All I can say is that they are a first class operation. Phil and his wife were so knowledgeable and easy to work with. They were accommodating in every way. The online auction was so smooth. They have an incredible website and auction process. I don’t know how things could have gone any better. I highly recommend them.
