Scenic Tree Apartments

I’ll let the photos I just took tell you everything you need to know and I’ll be filing a complaint with the BBB. It smells absolutely DISGUSTING. It floods and the back wall, black mold just like the rest of the basement. It’s been this way for years but I’ve just now had the courage to say something.

Avoid this place. They are terrible. All they care about is increasing revenue with no regard for proper service . The maintenance is poor, and the laundry room is in bad condition. Make sure to read your contract carefully and protect yourself in every way possible. If you feel your rights have been violated, don’t hesitate to take legal action. Additionally get your self ready for potential towing scam Their internal procedures are pathetic

Horrible company. They are towing people cars that are parked in a visitor parking area. They are not putting scenic tree visitor only. It just simply says visitor parking. When I went to pick up my truck This tow company had about 10 cars that had green oaks visitor signs displayed in the rear view. Clearly they don’t know and think they are doing the right thing. People are thinking that it’s green oaks visitor parking and now scenic tree is having all of these cars towed without warning. Horrible and greed.

Yesterday, I visited a friend who lives at Scenic Tree Building because she wasn’t feeling well. She gave me a visitor parking permit. It was pouring rain, and I quickly went to her apartment after parking. I parked just one spot away from the sign, which I didn’t notice because the arrow on it was small and hard to see. The towing company ended up towing my car. It seems like the management and the towing company have found an easy way to make money. They clearly have no conscience or integrity. Sure, the rent might be lower than other places, but they make up for it with hidden fees like this. I would not recommend living in this building to anyone.

Black mold, mice, leaky roof, creepy and harassing neighbors, condescending "landlord," predatory towing. You decided if they deserve more than one star, or less.
