Jeff and Robin (the owners) are great! I've lived here for 10 months now and they actually go above and beyond as far as I'm concerned. They provide little extras here and there like window scrapers and snow shovels. They make sure the driveway is plowed if there's enough snow to cause a nuisance. I feel safe and secure in my place and I know if I need anything they are only a phone call away. Highly recommend to anyone needing short to long term lodging here in Ruidoso. We are also conveniently located to everything. I love this place! ❤️

We moved in to scenic ridge and stayed for 6 months! Jeff is very easy to reach and on top of things if something needs fixed. This little spot is very conveniently located close to town and everything you need access to. We HIGHLY recommend this place if you’re needing a convenient yet efficient apartment with great landlords!

Jeff and Robin are the grooviest landlords! We were with them for six months. Jeff was always on top of things if there was an issue. The area is full of wildlife and things to do. Would definitely stay again! Thank you for everything!! ✌️

Landlords were awesome. They were willing to make repairs before even being asked. They were attentive and kind during a summer of fires. Clean, affordable, and safe. We can’t recommend this location enough!

When I moved quickly to Ruidoso over year ago, I needed to find a furnished place for ease of transition. I found Scenic Ridge and have been very happy here. Although it resides along Mechem Drive, the traffic never really bothers me. The amenities are outstanding and the owners are very responsive to questions or needs. My neighbors are nice friendly people and the deer and occasional elk hanging around just adds to the beauty.
