Sayle Garden Apartments

I am very happy with my new apt here. Kay in the office is very nice and down to earth and 2 of the maintenance men I've met are also terrific. They were efficient, respectful and neat. It's peaceful with lots of trees, birds and squirrels.

There have been many improvements over the past year including new management. Kay is a seasoned property manager who has turned things around. The owners have made significant improvements on the grounds and have renovated several of the apartments. The maintenance team is dependable, efficient, highly skilled and consistent.

I've lived here a couple different time over the years and I'm happy to see the property under new and better managers. Last time I lived here my excess rent (I always pay more) was never reimbursed, neither was my deposit when I cleaned the apartment myself and didnt have pets. There has been lots of renovations to the property too. All the units have been upgraded with new appliances, paint jobs, flooring and fixtures. Granted you are a new tenant. There is still a little bit of drama here or there but it's better than I've experienced other places. The maintenance staff is quick and efficient, I haven't had problems with any rodents or pests nor other tenants. By far the best for the price in Greenville.

I lived at Sayle Garden from October- May, 2014. It's the first apartment that I've rented in Greenville. I have lived in several other apartment communities before, and Sayle Garden is one of the best. The buildings are fairly old, but they have been remodeled with tile. I lived in two different layouts. My favorite apartment of the two was the one closest to the pool. It has high ceilings and an open kitchen. The maintenance crew is great (David and Carlos). They are very friendly and are fast to fix any issues. The community manager (Tammy) is also a great person and we couldn't have asked for a better manager. The only reason we're leaving the complex is that we're moving to Dallas.

I have lived in Sayle Garden Apartments for 10 years and it is more like a home than an apartment. I have some really nice neighbors who have lived here a long time also. I have never had any problems that the manager did not take care of quickly. If you are looking for a home and not just an apartment try Sayle Garden.
