Saxon Place Apartments

I have been living in the one bed room "studio" apartment at Saxon Place for about two months. The apartment is brand new and does not disappoint. I appreciate that this complex offers a smaller square footage one bed room apartment option that is more affordable than the standard one bed room apartments that you see at the other luxury apartments around Wilmington. The apartment is well designed. I love the abundance of countertop and kitchen cabinet space. Access to the amenities of Avalon is also a really nice perk!

I absolutely love staying at Saxon! With it being brand new, my apartment was so nice & clean. I stay in one of the balcony rooms & couldn’t ask for any better. Great management as well.

DO NOT MOVE INTO THE STUDIO ONE BEDROOMS!!!! I moved in about a month and a half ago now and EVERY night I’m woken up by hoards of police cruisers flying through the parking lot and building. EVERY NIGHT someone’s cars broken into, we’ve had people trying to cut exhaust off cars, and naked grown men running around my complex punching cars. The police now know our residents by name because they spend half their day here. After speaking with many other residents I’ve determined it’s just this front building. DON’T MAKE THE SAME MISTAKE I DID, I’m locked into this lease for a year and I’m currently deciding whether it’s safe enough to stay my year or just take the loss.
