Sawgrass at Coral Lakes

Had a great experience touring Centex Homes in Sawgrass at Coral Lakes. The realtor Cathy Stefanik was welcoming, professional, responsive, and made the viewing of the townhomes seamless. She listened to my needs which I needed a master bedroom on lower level. I had a Pulte build with my last house and was very happy. Highly recommend checking out their nice townhomes.

My wife and I fell in love with Sawgrass at Coral Lakes when we found it on YouTube and decided to travel to Florida to check it out in person. We met with Cathy and she was amazing!! She took us through the neighborhood to see the houses and amenities and we were sold!! We knew what lot we wanted and Kathy kept us in the loop the entire time and the second it was next to be built we got the call and we were moved to Florida. Kathy made sure we got the lot we wanted and helped us every step of the way during the entire buying process. If we needed anything she was there!! We are brand new to the neighborhood now and everyone we meet says hi and is very nice. We have an 9 and 7 year old and they actually enjoy being outside with the neighborhood kids. The security of a gated community also

I moved here in April of 2025. Moving here and knowing no one, changed quickly. The team of people working for Pulte were and still are so helpful and caring. I have met and made so many friends. I am truly blessed.

After 1 year owning my new Townhome. I am very impress with Centex on both construction and following up after the purchase. I reccomend Centex for your next townhome or house purchase.

Love my new home! Keith and Patrick are the best. Both are reliable and dependable, and they go above and beyond to assist if they can. They moved some heavy boxes for me! I know I’m going to really love it here!
