Sawgrass Apartments

My wife and I lived here for over a year before moving to Austin. Emily and Whitney, the leasing office management are awesome. The maintenance staff were prompt and very friendly. I hooked them up with a slice of my homemade banana bread and my unit marinade stayed up to date. The gym was clean and felt like a safe place to work out. The pool was clean but shut down a few times while we were staying there for Maintenance but they seemed to have hired a new maintenance guy so hopefully that’s no longer an issue. Cool park next door. The screen didn’t patio make the units feel really cozy. I enjoyed my time here.

I lived at these apartments for about 11 yrs during my college yrs. The location was perfect & I never saw a roach. I was very happy there. It was quiet, and there is a nice little park right next to it. When I sell my house in the near future, I am hoping to move back to Sawgrass.

I set up an appointment with 😊Emily Elledge. Emily🦋🦋 was quite informed of the procedures and the platform of the Sawgrass apartments. Emily🦋🦋 turned the grounds with me until we found an apartment to my lacking and she is an expert at the application process so be sure to utilize her professional service. I am very excited to be able to make Sawgrass my new home as I have moved from Austin Texas and I’m looking forward to living in Corpus Christi Texas

This property is always clean, well-maintained, and beautifully taken care of—it really shows how much pride the management takes in the community. A special shoutout to Emily, who has been incredibly helpful and professional. She's responsive, attentive, and genuinely cares about the residents. Anytime I’ve had a question or needed assistance, she’s gone above and beyond to make sure everything was taken care of quickly and smoothly. I couldn’t be happier with my experience here. Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a great home and outstanding management!

This review is NOT based on leasing experience. I had a great experience with the leasing personnel here, and the entire complex looked like a nice place. It's not a gated community but appeared to be in a relatively safe area. The staff was courteous and very professional. I also liked that many of the balconies were equipped with nets to keep the bugs out, nice touch!
