David Brader is an exploitative, unsafe, lying, rude, antisocial landlord. A nightmare college landlord. He leased an apartment on Waterman Avenue and had pest issues, a fridge that smelled terrible in the basement, a fire escape door that wouldn’t open, a leaky window that was not fixed even when asked, and lied about money needed to fix a lock. Scammed me out of 150 dollars. He needs to see legal justice. I would shy away from any business with him, and be wary of any business that uses his products.the address of the place I rented is 6142 waterman.

In order to maintain integrity I will not share names, but I overheard an associate with this company yelling at a potential vendor, delivery person, or the like. I thought to myself this is not a company that I would want to invest in or refer. It's sad when companies partner with people that have this type of arrogance. Talk to all people with respect even if you believe that you will not benefit from them. I would not recommend pursuing business with this organization.

Avoid this company like the plague, especially on the residential side. Look for another company that operates with integrity.
