I have nothing but great things to say about Savoy apartments, management team and the maintenance team. I have lived here for over 2 years now and it has truly felt like home. First, it’s in a beautiful location with trees and walking paths. Secondly we have always had positive interactions with the management team. The ladies go above and beyond even though there is so much as residents we don’t see the stuff they have to deal with. Thank you management team for always being so kind with a smile on your face. Chandler is one of the best property managers we have ever had, always putting residents first. Rene is fabulous and works hard to get anything done that is needed in a timely manner. Living here has been a wonderful experience overall, and I’d happily give it a strong 4 out of 5 stars. From the moment I moved in, the staff have been incredibly efficient and responsive. Any questions or maintenance requests are handled quickly and professionally, which makes daily life so much easier and stress-free. The apartments themselves are beautifully designed with high-quality finishes, modern appliances, and thoughtful layouts that make the space feel both stylish and comfortable. The amenities are another major highlight. There’s truly something for everyone—whether you want to relax by the pool, work out in the fitness center, or enjoy the shared lounge areas. I honestly don’t understand the bad reviews. I have lived here a little over a year and it’s been nothing short of amazing. Everyone at the leasing office have always been pleasant, welcoming, and friendly. Dakota, one of the maintenance guys, is always fast and efficient. He even remembers to bring shoe booties every time I need anything fixed(we don’t wear shoes inside our apartment by choice). They also recently added swings to the playground which my kiddo has enjoyed very much! I feel safe and at home here. 100% would recommend to anyone.

As someone in sales, I really appreciated the lengths Chandler went to figure out what I needed in my new home. She was thorough, asking solid questions to find a recommendation that would make me happy. Even though I signed somewhere closer to work, I need to reach out to give gratitude to the office staff for making me feel at home!

I am a former resident only because I moved to Colorado. During my lease at savoy I found the apartment as beautiful and spacious, the grounds well kept, and the staff to be amazing especially Danielle!!!
