Savier Street Flats

I absolutely love living at Savier Street Flats! Being located right off of 23rd is super convenient, as there are so many great shops and restaurants around here. I am head over heels in love with my cute apartment! For being inside Portland, I find the rent here to be shockingly affordable for how large my apartment is. Jane and Brianna are both lovely and so helpful. They're always so happy to see my dog when we stop by the office to say hello, and they were incredibly kind to me when my senior cat passed away a couple of months ago. They gifted me a cute cat mug that looks like my baby, and even wrote me a very heartfelt note. Hands down the best leasing office staff of anywhere I've lived! Great location, decent apartment, responsive maintenance team but staff is unprofessional (Kim in particular), ignorant and HIGHLY incompetent. They need to bring back the old lease team and property manager or they’ll continue to lose great residents! Price is high for what you get. Community trash costs are insane because they can’t figure out how to bill those unruly residents who abuse it by dumping.

What a great weekend exploring Portland and staying in the guest suite! Clean, comfortable, well appointed, friendly folks and great location! Easy to walk to coffee, cocktails, restaurants and a quick drive to downtown or hikes.

This location cannot be beat! It’s both on 23rd and basically in Slabtown. It is clean, a quiet neighborhood, and what really sold me to lease here was Jane and Brianna. Amazing staff members! Quick to respond, professional, and authentic ladies! I haven’t met everybody but I know maintenance must be great because like I said, the building is really clean and tidy. I’m so happy here!

I just moved into the Savier Street Flats and I couldn’t be happier with my decision. Brianna worked magic to get me in right away, Jane helped finalize everything seamlessly, and Luis and Manny went above and beyond to make an unready apartment move-in ready in record time. I’m so grateful for their incredible know-how, professionalism, and genuine care—it truly made a stressful situation so much easier. The whole team deserves recognition for making this feel like home from day one.
