The company that owns this doesn't do a very food job of keeping the apartments updated. When repairs are needed it doesn't get done in a timely fashion. For instance the laundromat facility on site only has cold water and has for years. They simply refuse to fix the pipes for hot water. Most of the apartments sit empty when tenants who truly need them and could qualify aren't allowed in them. These are for disabled people. But there is someone who is super picky that keeps people from being able to rent. Even if they qualify this person finds a reason not to except them of ahe doesn't like them.

When I lived there they could not keep a manager. Paperwork was misplaced or lost. They had a serious bed bug problem and could not get it fixed. Repairs were either not done or done by whoever they could hire off the street. Deposits were not given back because of list paperwork.

It's a nice place to visit and live.

Savannah Park of Carnegie is currently under new management. The units have been professional cleaned. Minor repairs have been made and the units are in great condition.

The apartments are under new management and refuse to maintain the facilities. They also keep going up on the rent so you pay more for less.
