Savannah Terrace Apartments

The apartment was dirty. Appliances were nasty. The apartment should not have been shown in that condition. Plus you can only have 1 car living there which makes no sense to me at all. Would not recommend them to anyone at all.

Best place to live! Amazing landlord/property manager! Amazing maintenance staff! Very friendly and always listening & willing to help! Great neighbors, very friendly people! Location is also great! Close to amazing schools! Conveniently located around any store you may need! Very clean, well maintained & maintenance! Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a great apartment to live!

Savannah Terrace Apartments are a great place to live! My husband and I recommend it to anyone looking for a quiet and peaceful place to live in the PRP area. Our neighbors are friendly, respectful, and quiet all hours of the day. The neighborhood is quiet and safe as well. Ian and the rest of the Savannah Terrace Management are incredibly caring, helpful, hardworking, and welcoming. Whenever we have had a problem (which has been very few), they have been more than willing to fix it or accommodate us right away. They always make us feel comfortable in our apartment! They always take care of us and the rest of their residents. Highly recommend!!! :-)

I’ve been living at Savannah Terrace Apartments since 2019 so you can probably tell I like it here. 😂 It’s a really great place to live, the neighbors are quiet and nice and maintenance stays on top of everything. When you put a request in they’re always fast and efficient. The apartments are very spacious and homey and close to a lot of different restaurants, grocery stores, and gyms.

I have lived here at Savannah Terrace for 6 months now and I couldn't be happier that I chose these apartments to be my new home!! The management is exceptional, efficient and truly care about their properties and their residents. I highly recommend checking us out..You won't be sorry!!
