Worst builder in Town, Made a big mistake I purchased my house 8 months ago from this builder. They gave us all the good words and Warranty satisfaction during sales time but When There low quality house starts giving us problems They were Hiding. My House in Holleman Hills and two weeks ago because of Snow Driveway turned in to a Disaster. They hired third party for Concrete Job and They Did a garbage Job on Driveways. All Community Driveways Full with Cracks and Cement is Coming off from everywhere. Very low quality Product and Construction They use to Build those Driveways. Third grade company Ashton Woods and please Never buy a house from This Fraud Company. Thanks

We had a great experience right from the sales until closing. Process was very smooth and transparent. Finn is very organized and responsive and makes sure to answer every query. Throughout the process and even after, she has been very approachable. Aprill is very knowledgeable and she gave us very good suggestions for our interior design selection. She is very meticulous and that really helped us coming up with nice color selection overall. Nathan is a very hard working professional and despite being so busy onsite, he always responds to any requests that we may have. He is also a very accommodating and goes an extra step to make sure queries or issues are resolved on time. I absolutely would recommend Ashton Woods.

Overall, we have had a very positive experience in dealing with the Savaan team (Sales Manager, Design studio and Project Manager). They have been very responsive to all the queries and ensured they they are taken care of in a timely manner. The floor plan, Design Studio Options suited our requirements. Quality of the work done is really good. Love the location. Highly recommended!
