After living here for two months, I want to sincerely thank Nicole Lung and her incredible team, who helped my wife and me throughout the entire application process with great kindness, patience, and professionalism. Today I can say, without a doubt, that choosing to live here was one of the best decisions I've ever made! Besides the building being brand new and beautiful, it's super well located and very well maintained by the maintenance team. The atmosphere here is very peaceful and pleasant; it truly makes you feel at home. I recommend this place without hesitation, 100%!

I’ve had a great experience with this senior apartment community. The environment is peaceful, clean, and very well maintained, which makes it feel safe and comfortable for residents. The staff is attentive and genuinely cares about the well-being of everyone who lives here. I especially want to mention Ian, who has been absolutely wonderful. He is kind, professional, and always willing to help. His positive attitude and patience truly make a difference, and you can tell he takes pride in making residents feel supported and respected.

Moving is never easy, especially when you’re downsizing from a three-bedroom home to a two-bedroom apartment. But Patti, Christa, and Nicole at Saunders Lakefront Living made everything so much easier. They’ve been incredibly helpful, patient, and truly go above and beyond to make sure residents feel comfortable and cared for. The lake views here are absolutely beautiful, and I love the resident events, they will be such a great way to meet my neighbors and feel part of the community. The pricing also fits perfectly with my retirement plans, which gives me peace of mind. I’m so thankful to have found this place. Between the staff, the views, and the atmosphere, Saunders Lakefront Living really does feel like home.

I can't say enough kind words for how I was treated by Patty at the office, she was acceptionly patient and informative. She is an asset to the company with her knowledge and kindness. I feel it will be a calm and peaceful place to live with her and the other ladies in the office! It will be a pleasure to live there... Derek the Maintenance Manager has been a great addition to the wonderful employees that do their finest job running such a wonderful place to live. Also, I should not leave out the Asst. Maintenance worker Rick who has took to the job immediately! Not forgetting the fine job that Jennifer and Nicole have done, they have been Saints in answering all my questions with their patience and kindness.... Kudos to upper management for putting together such a fine staff.

This is an amazing new property. My parents have moved in here and I feel so much better that they are able to be in an affordable place that is beautiful with amazing scenery for them to see everyday. The staff Nicole, Patty and I believe Derek were all very professional, honest and attentive to our needs. Great property for our retired generation that is affordable and are able to live in beauty. 10 stars ✨
