Lily Ann was great. We were a small company needing a space in Gainesville and she founds us the perfect spot. Even though we only rented a small office she never made us feel like a small customer. We had a great experience renting from start to finish. Would highly recommend.

If I could give them no stars, I would. Had a horrible experience with the corporate guy (Richard) at Saul Silber. I rent an apartment from them. In September, my AC unit stopped cooling so I called the manager and she sent the maintenance guy out. I came home from work, the AC still wasn't cooling. Long story short, the unit would work a few days and then quit again. Something in the AC unit almost caught on fire and caused my apartment to fill with smoke (with my dog in it while I was at work.) I kept telling the office manager that my electric bill was going to be through the roof because of it and she just shrugged it off. I went basically 3 weeks in September living in an apartment that was 85 degrees because the unit wasn't cooling correctly. I got my electric bill for that month-

I'm a Senior at the University and have had 4 years of off-campus experience. Don't live here, i regret living here so much. A dumpster is a good equivalent to Saul Siber properties, save yourself the money and live in a cardboard box instead. The word "service" is not in their vocabulary and the water is constantly being turned off at night for maintenance. Its been a month since I started living here and they have yet to come fix my A/C unit which doesn't cool. They never answer their phone, especially if they know a tenant is calling.

The management there is very poor and do not have customer service skills at all. They will be S you to your face and stab you in the back. You are renting the apartment and sharing it with roaches and ants. No matter how many times you call about the roaches no exterminator ever comes to take care of them. The air conditioners work when they want to. The maintenance man will come and look at what's wrong in your apartment and then never come back to fix it. I would highly recommend looking anywhere but Saul Silber properties to rent.

DO NOT.. I REPEAT DO NOT MOVE INTO REGENCY OAKS APTS!!!! HERE IS WHY... I have lived here for 2 years. I loved how much space there is and the location HOWEVER, HERE IS WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW: #1-THERE IS NO VISITOR PARKING!!! There are about *15* visitor parking spots which are filled by 9pm. GIfood luck finding one. if your visitors park their car anywhere without a 'v' SUPERIOR TOWING WILL TOW THEM!!. SUPERIOR TOWING COMPANY HAS VERY NASTY EMPLOYEES WHO WILL LAUGH IN YOUR FACE & MAKE RUDE COMMENTS. #2- The office could care less if your car or your visitor's car gets towed. They won't work with you even if it's their fault. My current situation; I was told towing had stopped and that my sister could park anywhere she pleases.
