I only visited the website and wasn’t able to find the specific information I was looking for. That said, the company appears solid and professional overall.

**DOT NOT USE SATTERWHITE** Brett was horrendous to work with. We ordered an awning package in May. Brett told us it would take 4-6 weeks. It took 15 weeks. I understand wood shortages; but the communication was non-existent. I would call for periodic updates. He would tell me that he didn't know what order I was talking about or wouldn't go look for it. He said on at least 7 occasions over the last 4 months that he would call myself or my contractor back with an update. He never called. We always had to call him and deal with his attitude. He was always short and rude on the phone; like he doesn't enjoy his profession. He was given the measurements of the awning. He assured my contractor that he had an equation to figure the amount of material needed for the T&G roof decking, to include w

We stopped in to discuss options for a small home. The salesman was very helpful and shared a ton of information. Their homes look amazing!

I went to several shows pre COVID and they were always very nice and informative.

Very accommodating. Great prices and my log siding was dry and didn't warp.
