It’s clear they take pride in their work and genuinely want residents to feel comfortable in their homes. What really stands out is how friendly and respectful the team is. They communicate well, explain what they’re fixing, and make sure everything is working properly before they leave. Even small issues are treated with the same level of attention as bigger repairs. Living here for the last 2 years has been amazing. I loved the apartment when I first viewed it! The staff in the office is so responsive to any issues Nick and Amy are so warm and friendly, even when I'm not. The maintenance staff is out of this world Ethan and Jeremy. My dealings with Ethan in particular have been nothing short of specular. He's definitely a people's person and communicates so well. He recently had to come out on a Sunday mind you it was snowing to fix my heat and not one complaint from him only smiles. He's always treated my home with respect even leaving me a note when I'm not there and he had to be in my apartment. The amenities here are very nice and the grounds are maintained very well.

After 12 years raising kids in our single family home, my family and I recently relocated to Sapphire at Centerpointe. We’re now fully moved in, unpacked and enjoy our beautiful home. The property’s Asst Manager Nick Daubenspeck made an expected stressful time so enjoyable. Nick set excellent expectations with us and managed to delivered on every aspect of our leasing and move-in process. We appreciate you very much, Nick! I absolutely love our maintenance man, Ethan. For Christmas he dressed as Santa and I got the cutest picture of my 5mo old with him. He also goes above and beyond helping out with maintenance issues. Super prompt and vert respectful. Best maintenance guy I've ever had!
