Santi Dwellings at Montecillo- Clubhouse

Maintenance started working on my work orders as soon as I put them in within the hour. Jessie and Mike showed up to fix my water tank in and out with no issues. They were super helpful and friendly. Also while I was in Europe. Rae Montoya was the most helpful in helping me get my apartment while communicating with a 7 hour difference. Thanks to Rae, I was able to move in months later with little issues.

I moved out of my apartment over two months ago, and I still haven’t received my security deposit. I confirmed multiple times that the address I provided was correct, yet they still sent it to an address I never gave them. I’ve made repeated calls to their office, but no one ever responds. I’m extremely disappointed with their lack of communication and professionalism.

Lived in santi for a couple years i can say that the maintenance people are always attentive. pool is mostly clean and rarely closed.If you plan to move here from other places in EP expect to be bitten by abundance of rarer insects because of the desert area next door. But my main problem is that front office employees are RUDE. I was outside the office with physical documentation that needed to be signed and mailed urgently by literally anybody in there and was told to email it. Went out of my way to email it and still did not get a reply back in time besides me telling them how urgent it was.

We recently moved out apartment #1115. At the walk through young lady said carpet would need to be shampooed. Received email/statement after walk through stating $390 for carpet replacement. To make a long story short do NOT expect your deposit back when moving out because they will find a reason to keep it. Not to mention they are horrible at keeping up with outdoor maintenance. Look around before deciding to move into Santi Dwellings, nicer apartments elsewhere.

I seriously regret living here. Everything is made so cheap, the maintenance responses is awful, the trash cans always smell in the hallways, the dumpster makes the entire parking lot smell. For the price of rent it isn’t even remotely close to luxury it’s infuriating. Do not live here.
