The new management fixed all my issues that the old management wouldn’t take the time for. By the time I had left I felt the apartment was completely different, the new team there is very helpful and caring.

I've been renting with them almost 6 months and I have to say they keep up on the property it's very quiet and it's conviently located right next door to a laundrymat every time I needed somyhing done they came the same day no problem every time I reached out she reached out I got a reply right back i would definitely recommend renting with them

Only have access to Century link wifi for some reason in the area which limits wifi data to 6 mbps MAX for $50 (spectrum is able to function here due to some kind of block). The gate hasn't been maintained and doesn't actually close anymore. Lastly, with barely any notice (like 2 hours), the owner showed up banging on doors with inspectors wanting entry. Also, the area is not safe, with people always walking through. The bare minimum has been done here and I am not impressed. I even had a car theft happen here. If you can avoid it, do not come here. I waiting for my lease to expire and I am gone.

The apts and area have been cleaned up, kept up, reply to any and all issues asap. Staff very helpfull

It was run down and they are income restricted. Yet those who need a hand up when they are down they still won't help
