It's an ok place but there's always some type of maintenance going on here everyday, making noise for several hours that you can hear no matter what side of the property they are on, pretty annoying, especially when it keeps waking your baby. The workers themselves are pretty loud in what they do when closing doors, moving equipment, it's like they just throw things across the rooms. The apartments are a good size with maybe some minor issues but nothing to make living in them bad. New manager seems very nice and attentive. Good space inside of the 3 newsroom units.

First of all, when we came in we were offered a $200 gift card, it's been already 9 months, and we never received our $200. MY apartment has had plumbing problems, and has flooded 3 times already. My extractor also has stopped working twice, and it takes them almost a week for them to fix such a simple thing. Also took them 2 weeks to install the A/C, they said they would come back to put a filter, and they never came back. Lady from office gives an attitude if you complain. I recently had a flood in my apartment, plumbers came in today, I went to the store, and came back and nothing was fixed, and they left without even leaving a note. If you call, they rarely answer, you normally always have to leave a voice message, and it always takes them certain days to respond as well. They tell you

Horrible place! There is a reason why the rent is so low. Very unsanitary, huge roach problem, horrible maintenance, and the management is the worst! They show you a friendly face in the beginning, but once you have a problem, and you will at those apartments! They do not help you at all, they ignore the problems or they do half ass work. The management is rude and unprofessional. I moved in and after one month I moved out! They let me break my lease due to not wanting to fix any of the problems I had in my apartment! Roaches, meldew order and water underneath my flooring that was causing the floor to lift, all because they didn’t want to fix a leak. Do not move into these apartments.
