Horrible managers and the leasing people at the front are nothing but rude. They tell you one thing and then changes, your bills be increasing and where they tell you to call they never answer or call back. Never come fix things. Don’t recommend this place.

Santa Monica is a great place to live. Grocery store and pharmacy near by. Wonderful and helpful staff always. If your looking for an apartment call them today.

If I could rate no stars I would , horrible apts to live in , Im currently living here and it’s barely half of my first month here and there’s RATSSS coming out in my apt , it’s disgusting ! I recommend looking somewhere else for apartments . Don’t waste your time here .
