Santa Clara Apartments

They don’t fix nothing I’ll be asking for five years to fix my bathtub. My AC with the mold and my countertop they never fixed. They tell me like every time that I renew the contract that I’m like oh we can’t we come to your apartment we’re coming to your apartment and that’s been going for a five years. they have this lady called Lesly supposedly she’s a assistant manager, but she don’t do nothing. She’s the discriminate people if you don’t like her she’s not gonna do nothing on your apartment.

Affordable apartments, maintenance staff very attentive, the ladies in the office are super helpful & friendly. The location is great. If you're a single mom looking for affordable apartments I definitely recommend

AC‼️: Having the heater ON while it’s 65 degree weather outside is outrageous. Since yesterday it has been 70 & above degrees outside & the AC’ s heater is STILL on. Regardless of where where the temperature is put at simply because the apartment can change that, not us. I’m unsure how they work the whole AC system but this is every time, something has to be done about it. Not everyone can deal with this type of heat outside then come home to what feels like a desert, i’ve turned off the AC since but it gets WORSE. ‼️Inside Apartment issues‼️: RATS, MICE, ROACHES on vents, kitchen (Inside oven), walls ect. You are able to see them physically & hear them making noise as if they are screaming. I’ve seen SILVERFISH here as well from the closet, it’s gets very cold there & humid. The AC has a

The leasing process was very easy and professional...the office personnel is very helpful and friendly....loving our new home...great place to live....
