Santa Barbara Apartments

Worst apartments ever some manager were nice but the rest of them are not good or professional at what they do, they should always provide the best hospitality and make sure that people feel comfortable. Management 0 Poor communication 0 Safety 0 A/C 0 Mold in the closet never was fixed 0 Big hole in the ceiling and leaks never fixed 0 They also said that they don’t make decisions there in the office that they have to send it to a different place so what’s the point of having a office with 3 lady’s that the only thing they can do is pick up the phone. Y’all need to get your stuff together and make this place habitable and safe for people I bet if I call inspection to come and look at the old place they would say the same thing.

It is very bad and I don’t recommend any one to rent. I been here for 3 years and every year we should stay without AC for a day or two or three days at the peak hot times of the year, my bath is broken for two years and no one fix it, my bath sink tap is not working correctly for two years. We open the window one or two times a year and a peace of metal broke, now they want us to pay for it. We already told the the AC is periodically not working but they don’t care. No the AC stop totally and they said it is 4pm now and no one can go.

The apartment is good it has ac and I lived there for 6 years with my mom and dad and sisters and there were some problems but manager was nice

It is a disrespect to live here, I do not have the right to park my car inside the complex, just tell me that if you want to park within the complex I pay $30 per month. However there are many cars that do not move for months and without legal authorization to drive (without plates), the administration does not see that or maybe it suits you to page a reserved parking, besides the bad attention that has the secretary, is a disaster

They are to bad to deal with, especially the manager doesn’t respect. They don’t respond quickly for emergencies like AC issues or leakage and they do it it very bad if they repair it that it will work temporary. They mandatory put a shower head that streaming water very slow to reduce the water usage and we spend time to wait the water coming when we should get a shower.
