Sandy Vista

As someone who regularly visits Sandy Vista, I’m always impressed by the strong sense of community here. The residents are welcoming, friendly, and truly create a space like no other. If I were recommending a place to renters, Sandy Vista would be at the top of my list. It’s a community that shines in all the right ways.

A quiet place, children can go out to play in one of the two playgrounds. In the community room, those from the local librery come to give fun activities, that is amazing.

The community room from rockwood landing located on 19045 se yamhill st Portland oregon 97233 looks extremely identical to this one I'm not even surprised I wonder if there's more apartments complex with community rooms that look identical to these 2 in comparison

Great for low income but have the worst parking rules I've ever seen. My guest can park in the parking lot in the day but if a tenant does they will have a min $500 tow fee. Silliest thing I've ever heard of.

I like this apartment complex, surrounded by nature all around. Not enough parking for visitors tho.
