My family has used Bob Beeler for several transactions over the years and until now, we have always respected him and his "team". Originally, Bob was responsive and professional. However, the last transaction left us very disappointed and questioning his professional ethics. Bob was contacted to help facilitate a sale on a condo listed over $200K that I found and wanted to view. He was unavailable so I had to go alone and meet the listing agent. I asked Bob to submit an offer on my behalf and he was quick to add a legal clause to ensure his commission although he had not done any of the initial work. Bob indicated that I did not need an inspection as it was a condo and many of the elements or the home were covered by Association Dues and that the condo would have had a city inspection

I bought my first house with them and saw many houses with them. Even goto to my house quickly. After 7 years sold my house with them and we had a solid offer within 3 days. Can't say enough about Sandy Tammy & the team.
