Sandy Park Apartments

The security guard was really nice and helped me find the apartment I was looking for

Don’t live here unless you have to, the staff doesn’t do anything to help because they are scared they will just tell you to call the cops. Kids out everywhere constantly. The only good thing is that we got security now and they did at a curfew…. But at the end of the day, this place is not getting any better

Well it's clean ,the apts are spacious especially handicapped. Some of the people are nice,others aren't . It's improving to a point . Night life is dangerous though .

If I could give a negative number I would based on the quality of service, quality of the amenities offered, speed of service, and by how much of that warm cozy feeling you got in your tummy like when you visited your nana when you were a small child. That being said I'd give them a -33 points on a scale of 1-10

They are newly renovated, but are also mice infested. They chew through the walls leaving holes all over the place. You can hear them scratching in the walls. On top of that the police and ambulance are constantly out there because something is always going on. The children are disrespectful and outside until 3 or 4 in the morning. Their parents aren't any better. I am grateful that they got me in an apartment as quickly as they did in my time of need, but I'm so glad my family isn't there anymore.
