Sandstone Ridge Apartments

I’ve lived here for a year now and the owners are always putting in work to upkeep the property and are super easy to deal with. Its a great community with very nice living spaces. The maintenance is very kind and helpful, the management responds to any issue quickly.

I would love to give this complex a 5 star review. The apartment itself is great! Newly renovated, in unit washer and dryer, fast and responsive maintenance, management is easy to get in contact with and keeps a great line of communication open. However, if you live in the first floor unit, be prepared to hear every little footstep, conversation, broom sweep, and any other movement from your upstairs neighbors. Working form home with tables scraping from the second floor, heavy stomping and running around, and creaking can get distracting and overwhelmingly annoying. If there was a clause in the lease for upstairs residents to have rugs on surfaces where there is furniture, or if the upstairs units had carpet down rather than hardwood floor, this place would be an easy 5 start rating.

Best place to lease. Elisabeth, the property Manager, is amazing. She responds and clearly communicates everything and is always willing to help the residents out. Maintenance concerns are promptly taken care of. Clean apartment and quiet property. Apartments are fully renovated, not just painted over, but drywall, new cabinetry, floors etc.

So I really hate leaving negative reviews but I want to be as honest as possible. I’ve lived here for awhile now and for the most part it’s a nice place. The apartments are super cute and comfortable and maintenance is absolutely AMAZING! That’s about where it ends though. The walls are super thin. The manager will tell you that it is normal apartment noise but in allllll of the apartments I have ever lived in (total of 7) I’ve never been able to 1) hear my neighbors sneeze or 2) hear my neighbors while they are on the toilet. Yes, you read that correctly. The manager admitted that there is no layer of concrete between the floors (which I didn’t know until after moving in) so that plays a major part into why you can hear everything and I do mean everything. Next, parking is kind of bad. T

Thanks for helping me decide this apartment isnt for me. The first time i called i got sent to voicemail twice; not a big deal, so i waited awhile and called back, set up an appointment for a Tour at 6:00. I then drive an hour out of my way through traffic to see these apartments, and no one is there. I wait 15 minutes, call multiple times, still nothing. Thanks for making this an easy choice!
