This was easily one of the most frustrating rental experiences we’ve had. We gave notice over the phone, and because it wasn’t in writing, we were charged an extra month at a higher month-to-month rate. Even though we disagreed with it, we paid the amount to avoid further problems. We have proof of payment, yet we were later told it “wasn’t received,” which led to more confusion and additional charges. Before moving out, we met with management multiple times to make sure everything was settled. Later, we were told those conversations never happened, despite having phone records. Even though we didn’t agree with how it was handled, we paid it to avoid further issues and move on. We have screenshots and proof of those payments. I’ve lived here for 7 months now and have had a good experience so far! The pool is great, our unit is a nice size, and the maintenance man, Nick, is very helpful!

Ridenoure - C204 We have the 4 bedroom, it’s very spacious and easy to maintain. The amenities are also quite nice. Decent gym, has the essentials. Pool was very fun and they even did a doggy dip at the end of the season!! So cute. Maintenance is also very fast to respond often fixing things within a week. And the emergency line worked very well when we needed. All in all it’s a good apartment complex. Only thing I dislike myself because I’m so vitamin deficient is the trash is really really far away from building c haha.

I had a leak in my apartment , called and they sent Nick over to help . He was so good and quickly figured it out . Nick is always so so nice and he puts up with my crazy dogs . Thanks Nick
