Sandstone Apartments

I have been waiting for 6 months for my stove to get fix and I still waiting. Also, My toilet is not working. I wish could give 0 starts.

I love this place it has a good grassy areas to play on it also has a pretty view to look at but then it has neighbors that might not like you like how mine doesn't

Maintenance came in the morning of June 26,2023 . He was very nice, came on Friday before to check on my dishwasher, said he would be back on Monday. He fixed everything he could. Coming back on Tuesday to reverse refrigerator door, and replace my bedroom small window screen. Still No Sliding door Screen I really need that screen door so I can open my door. We don't know where the bad smell is coming from in my Apt, it's a muskie smell, which really bad when you come in the front door. I can't air my apt out without my screen door. AC /Fan isn't putting out very much air from the vents, Needs to be Checked Thank you Deborah Gilman 103

Hi, I'm from apt. 206, I just wanted to write a review regarding on the delay of coming to fix our restroom. It's okay to take at least 2 days to come fix it but it's been over a week since you removed it and haven't came to fix it, why remove things if you don't have the sufficient items?? Second there's mold, and our neighbor downstairs is also experiencing the same thing, her family is also being exposed to the mold. Third, I'm post- c-section, I have a 2 week old baby, and my sister is 30 weeks pregnant!!! This is just very unprofessional, both our neighbor and us have been experiencing coughing, sneezing, rashes... it literally smells like dirt In our Apts. Please come and fix what you did, I had to take my baby to the hospital due to her sneezing and coughing, she doesn't have fever

Visited today and seemed quiet, well maintained and safe. Was there for about an hour and tenants seemed respectful and mindful of noise.
