I want to give -10 stars. Google should really allow that as a possibility. We've been through nothing less than Hell since moving in here. If you do decide to move in here, make sure you check for mold BEFORE moving in! And make sure anything they tell you is in writing because they lie about literally everything! They will promise you things and never intend on following through with the promise. We had to fight for nearly two months to receive a washer and dryer we was promised, just to get a gammy one that tears up your clothes. They replaced a broken moldy dishwasher (after complaining for over a month) with another broken one that smells like vomit and would randomly leak even though we'd never use it. Living here has been a constant headache because of the neighbor in unit 270. They leave trash piled up outside their door on a regular basis, and it has been going on for months. No matter what time of day I open my window, the first thing I see is garbage sitting in the breezeway. It’s disgusting and unacceptable. The management team claims they monitor the property and issue fines for this kind of behavior, but clearly that’s not the case here. Despite this being a long-term problem, nothing has been done to stop it. I’ve attached photos, each taken at different times, showing the trash that this person continues to leave out.
