Great experience renting from Sandra Luna & Associates!! Sandra always answers any questions with a smile. Sandra is a great communicator between owner and lessee. Sandra and her staff even went out of their way to help me fill out and notarize important paperwork when needed. Her staff does a great job of filling in when Sandra gets busy. The new online payment system is very convenient. My only complaint is that i wish she managed more properties for me and my family to choose from :).

I was looking to move to El Paso from Kansas City and Sandra was recommended by a friend. She really took the time to understand what we were looking for in a house and she really found the perfect fit for us. We tend to be rather picky so it took awhile and Sandra remained cheerful and helpful throughout. I highly recommend Sandra and would use her services again.

Do not walk , Run away from these people. Rented 1 year with them & they never were all that responsive. hired the cheapest work possible to fix things & will most definitely con you out of your deposit. Returned property cleaner than what it was when I moved in & still got charged a $100 cleaning fee for them to hire they're grandma to come mop the place. Go with a professional company that will value your business. Not this place were they are clearly hurting for some cash.

Terrible work ethics, they encourage you to apply for a home that it's already going off the market. I applied and in less than 48 hrs after applying and paid for the application suddenly the house is off market. Not even a courtesy call, email, text nor any kind of attention towards possible customers. Terrible work ethics.
