Sandpiper Point Apartments

I don’t recommend these apartments to anyone. I rented here from 2018-2019. At the time of my rental agreement, the rent payment system was one where you had to slide/drop your rent through a door slot every month. This alerted me and did not feel secure. Unfortunately, there was one month where my check “went missing” and NO ONE in the office knew where it went. After stressing the situation, I tried tracking the money order from Western Union and they told me that it was taken, written over with another persons information, and cashed elsewhere. This was fraud! Sandpiper Apartment never gave me an explanation for why my check was stolen and I had to pay twice that month.
