Every part of the purchase process was excellent. Eugene was an amazing sales consultant, his knowledge and friendliness made him a pleasure to work with. John on the walk through team was helpful and informative. All of our warranty issues have been handled quickly and effectively. We were new to Sandlin but we’d highly recommend them to anyone looking for a new home.

How lucky are we? We found our Sandlin home after a year of trying to sell our house and find a new one. You can’t believe how perfect it is! It was our last stop of the day. Run far from this company. And choose Bloomfield. This is a company that cuts corners. Their build is less than average quality. Just check out the model home. They can't even level the retaining wall. Take a look at the pics. Just shows tou how cheap and lazy this company is. I've been in my house for over a year and still have 8 warranty requests open. They'll give you the run around. Then send a DIY'er out to try and fix the issue. The home itself is a cheap build. We had alot of cold air coming from out kitchen vent in the winter. We complained and they stated it was normal. 6" of the vent was pure tape trying to connect vent piping. They didn't want to cut and add a vent angle, so they taped it all up.
