I live here and so far love it. There is a LOT of construction going on right now and I wish the developers could figure out how tom manage the trash issue.The lake is great. Not too busy so far and the HOA has been responsive. Not many other left so if you're interested don't hesitate or they will be gone.
I covered many windows with various types of shades both manual and motorized. Also, I have installed many wood shutters in several homes in this addition. Everyone there has been fabulous to work with!
