Sandcastle Community Management

This review is specifically for Melissa Lopez who supports St. Croix at Pelican Marsh Condo Association. Melissa is professional, efficient and knowledgeable. She consistently responds to requests in a timely manner and resolves issues with ease. When unable to do so, she provides status updates. Just wanted you to know you're appreciated.

I recently emailed Anna Persinger who is the Sandcastle agent for Westbrook. She had an immediate response and looked into my issue and was able to resolve it! Anna has always been very gracious, pleasant and knowledgeable about whatever questions I may have had! We are lucky she is with us! You are the best Anna!

Ana Rivera at Sand Castle has been a pleasure to work with in helping me coordinate community approvals, etc. She has always been very responsive, accommodating, and done an excellent job in coordinating applications and other such related Community processes and goes above and beyond. Highly recommend and I look forward to working with her in the future!

I wouldn’t even give them one star but don’t have a choice. This management company does absolutely nothing for our community rights. Definitely “in bed” with the crooked and dishonest Board. Can’t get replies for weeks re: complaints. Our rep, Rhonda, is the worst rep… doesn’t answer requests, is belittling and arrogant to the homeowners. Tried to contact the Director of the Company… he never responded. So I guess it starts at the top and trickles down! Don’t use this company if you can help it!

I writing about Claudia Salinas from Sandcastle Management for the Manchester Square community! My husband and I are snowbirds and we often have questions for Claudia. She is always very responsive, helpful and professional! She is a pleasure to work with! Sharon and Bob Rafanello
