Sandcastle Apartments

I just moved in a few days ago and I am so amazed at how well this apartment complex communicates with its tenants. The apartment I came from NEVER answered their phones, emails, maintenance calls. It was significantly smaller than this complex. They have answered everytime I have called and they went through every question I had. The neighbors seem so friendly and it’s nice and quiet. No one’s yelling or stomping upstairs. The gym is so nice and clean. It’s too cold to swim yet, But they have a salt water pool that I’m so excited to swim in. The units are so cozy and they feel like home already. I am so in love with these apartments. No complaints so far!

I have been living here for a while now and I am satisfied of how Miss Kristen is managing the property. Whenever I have an issue , she is very prompt to address my concerns in a very proactive manner. She is always doing her best to present me with available solutions to solve my issues which makes me feel listened and heard. For me that’s a very important factor . The property is not new and of course things in some units would be difficult or sometimes impossible to replace however I feel like , they do their best to accommodate my needs. Personally that’s all I need in order to be able to create a little cocoon out of my place.On my experience , maintenance is fast to respond .Whenever there is work to do in my unit , they keep me updated on the work through text messages which giv

I'm coming to the end of my lease term and I'm highly considering not renewing. I would not recommend this place. Maybe you get to see all the nice things on the surface when you first move here, and the location is great. The staff is friendly but not in touch with the residents. This place has so much potential but needs to start taking care of their residents and taking themselves seriously. Maintenance does patch jobs for everything. Nothing is maintained properly here. Cabinets are literally falling down, popcorn ceiling is falling and cracking everywhere you look. There is water damage everywhere in these buildings. (See photo of example). Very friendly assistants from all staff issues are handled promptly as soon as possible. Assistant Manager Candice Saucedo very friendly in all issues that are brought beyond in taking care of of matters. Highly recommended to all who seeking a place to live.

Sandcastle apartments has been my home for the past 10 years. I must say that it has been a pleasure to live here due to the prompt, courteous service of the maintenance team and Maintenance Engineer Mr. Carl Leonard; his quick response and honest answers on troubleshooting issues are greatly appreciated.
