The best place in the world to live, very good amenities.

I stumbled upon this delightful 55+ community for a family member quite fortuitously. My experience with Destinee from leasing, starting from when she first showed me the unit, all the way through to the move-in, has been incredibly smooth. The entire office staff is exceptionally kind and helpful. We've had to submit a few work orders, and the response time has been impressively swift. Additionally, its central location is a huge plus – with grocery stores nearby and downtown just a 20-minute drive away, it offers both convenience and accessibility.

Moved from a home in Ave Maria in late July and this has been the best experience I could have chosen for my new lifestyle. The apartment is beautiful and spacious, the amenities are plentiful and the crew here is like family. The location couldn't better because of its proximity to shopping, entertainment and restaurants. Sandalwood Village is the best!

Fantastic next chapter lifestyle with no home ownership obligations. Luxury, gated annual rental community. Low deposits and no buy in! Fantastic amenities, social life, community bus, on site beauty salon, movie theatre, social and craft rooms. Meals are offered but not required. Check it out for your parents or possibly for yourselves. 55+ rental community. My parents and a few friends love it!

Have lived here as a recent widow and just love it. It was just what I needed, as most everyone is in the same boat! Great staff and activities daily. The dining room is great also. A wonderful location in Naples.
