This subdivision runs along the back property of Rockwood Drive.. We have been attempting for three years to determine who owns/is responsible for the property. There seems to be an argument between the TWP, the condos, and the land bank, as to who specifically owns the property near the Gibson drain. The fences and back yard are being impacted by the vegetation and tree overgrowth along the fence line, and by the flooding of the back yard! A response to this review is not anticipated.... but would be highly appreciated! -on behalf of my parents.
