Sand Ridge

I've been living at SandRidge since March of 2025, and I've loved it! I would recommend them to anyone who wants to feel like they are part of a community, with the convenience of living right in town (two words: Wilmington traffic). Cathy, who walked me through the complex on my initial tour back in February, was phenomenal. I'm a travel nurse by trade, so I've had the opportunity to tour multiple complexes, in several locations. Cathy was genuine, easy to talk to, and didn't hesitate to drive me all around the complex in her golf cart (in the rain!). She made me feel like I was her only client for the entire day. Since I've moved in, management is always pleasant, and helpful. Maintenance is also top-notch- they are just as fast, and frankly more competent, than other "luxury" complexes

I stopped by the complex on Saturday and met Cathy 😃she was awesome. She drove me around the complex, she was very detailed. She talked about options on different apartments styles very knowledgeable and friendly..I explained my situation and she listened and gave back very positive feedback back..I would definitely rent from here. Thanks Cathy you ROCK 😁

Cathy was absolutely wonderful! She gave my daughter and me a fantastic tour yesterday and was so patient, kind, and welcoming the entire time. She gave my daughter some chocolate hearts, which completely made her day! We truly appreciated her thoughtfulness and warmth. Highly recommend!

Cathy was very kind and walked me through all of the options in my price range and what everything included. She was very knowledgeable about the area and offered good insight about any questions I had as well. I’m still early in my apartment search but her demeanor was an instant plus for Sand Ridge!
