Sand Hill Apartments

The apartment itself was fine. We had a 2 bed, 1 bath with washer & dryer, about 1000sqft. We never paid over $800/month until we started doing month to month. The only issue I had was trying to speak with anyone at the management office, and this only became an issue this month (June 2019). I have called the office, left multiple messages and no one has ever returned my call. I have also physically gone to office to speak to them in person during office hours, but have been met with the sign "We are currently out of the office. Call this number and we will be right over." I call the number and again, no answer. I had to resort to calling the corporate office to get any assistance and answers.

It's not bad place to live but the rent is about 1700 a month
