I don't know if they will tell you this some units do have bed bugs

My mother lives here and has for at least 10 years. Her car was towed out of the parking lot because her “tags were expired.” The only notice that was given was a notification on the car. My mom has been in the hospital and rarely uses her car. There should be no reason she cannot have her car in a parking spot at her apartment that she lives at and pays for. I know for a fact that the office has her license plate number and knows it is hers yet towed it anyway. I called the office and they would do absolutely nothing to rectify the issue. Luckily, the towing company was compassionate and was able to cut us a break. Sand creek apartments could have literally taken 5 minutes to figure out the situation and use some compassion. We are in the middle of a pandemic and this is what they do. Tow

After new management things have got a lot better. Its cleaner out side as well as in and they continue to update all apartments as people moved out. Maintenance was kinda hard to get something done. But is a working progress as well as the new management cleaning up the old mess from previous management.

I lived here for a few year. My place got broken into a few times the land lady was rarely on site. My apartment needed maintenance work done on I I would put request after request in it was like pulling teeth. Getting anything fixed...I went without the use of my stove for a month....worst place I ever lived I was glad when I moved out.

They're okay Apartments the carpets have never been replaced they're worn down to Bare Bones and I have linoleum flooring that looks like it was done in the 70s I mean come on update
