Sanctuary by the Lake - Southern Homes

I've been in my home for a little over a year now. And my experience has been great! The couple of things that were wrong when we first moved in were attended to quickly and fixed properly as they have not been an issue since. Special shout out to Ruben the construction manager for keeping me updated and answering my barrage of questions. Would definitely recommend.

I gave 1 star because I had to. Southern Homes does not deserve a star. I have been waiting over 6 months and my house has not even begun to be built. I regret getting involved with this company and giving them a $1. We cannot get a straight answer about a start date let alone a completion date! I'm hoping this will make one of them contact me.

I believe the prices are high for what they offer. Nice kitchen, but otherwise it didn't use space wisely. Very limited on options or floor plan changes. Just another cookie cutter builder.

Great place, great staff, the houses are really high quality, concrete masonry walls with high quality finishes. The location is the best in the area and the house prices will jump a lot higher soon .

It’s been almost a year and my house is still not complete. This company lies and takes zero responsibility for their errors. This is my first home and I wish I didn’t give this company a dollar.
